Ingredients
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 C halved cherry or grape tomatoes
- 2 T thinly sliced fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together vinegar, oil and Dijon in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and basil, tossing to coat.
