Autumn Sangria: Apple Cider and Pinot Grigio

Try this autumn inspired sangria in a cinnamon sugar rimmed glass as a perfect addition to your Thanksgiving festivities.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Pinot Grigio
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 3 cups autumn fruit, chopped (such as apples, pears and plums)
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • Cinnamon Spice Rim Sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of ground cloves or nutmeg (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in a large pitcher and place in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Give it a good stir and serve chilled.
