Ingredients
- 16 ounces shrimps, shelled and Devinne
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons coconut meat, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and shallots, and saute for 2 minutes without browning.
Add shrimp and cook shrimp for 3 minutes.
Ad lemon juice, shredded coconut and dill.
Stir well for about a minute before serving.
