Pecan Catfish

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick Canola spray.

Ingredients

  • 4 Catfish Fillet
  • 3 T. Butter (melted)
  • 1/4 t. Salt
  • 1/4 t. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 C. Pecans (chopped coarsely)

Preparation

Step 1

1. We'll need a bowl big enough to place a fillet. Use this bowl in which to melt the Butter. Add the Salt and Cayenne Pepper to the Butter and blend.

2. Coat each piece of Catfish by rolling it in the seasoned butter. Place each piece on the sprayed baking sheet, flat side down.

3. Sprinkle each fillet with Pecans and bake until golden brown and opaque in the center.

4. In approximately 12 to 15 minutes, remove from the oven and chow down. These are delicious.
