Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey breast
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. Thai seasoning or curry powder
- 3/4 cup fresh basil
- 2 T. bottle Thai/peanut sauce
- 1 mdium mang, peeled, pitted & sliced
Preparation
Step 1
1.Combine egg, crumbs, thais seasoning (or curry powder) Add turkey –
mix well. Shape into patties.
Spread Thai sauce on top of patties before cooking.
2.Grill turing once – about 14-18 minutes.
3.Top each bun with mango & basil.
