Thai Turkey Burgers

  • 1 lb ground turkey breast
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. Thai seasoning or curry powder
  • 3/4 cup fresh basil
  • 2 T. bottle Thai/peanut sauce
  • 1 mdium mang, peeled, pitted & sliced



Step 1

1.Combine egg, crumbs, thais seasoning (or curry powder) Add turkey โ€“
mix well. Shape into patties.
Spread Thai sauce on top of patties before cooking.

2.Grill turing once โ€“ about 14-18 minutes.

3.Top each bun with mango & basil.
