Ingredients
- " pie:
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin (1 tin)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (slightly rounded)
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 3 slightly-beaten eggs
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp. milk

- 1/2 cup sugar (scant)
- 1/4 tsp. salt, slightly rounded
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 2 slightly-beaten eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Blend eggs and milk. Add all other ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 400 deg. for approximately 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted halfway between centre and outside edge comes out clean.
