Cherry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 14-oz. tin cherries
  • 6 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp. juice and water combined
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in juice ad water and cook until thickened. Add cherries.

Makes 1 8" pie.
