Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 c flour
- 1/3 c powdered sugar
- 1/3 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c flour
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 c chopped rhubarb
Preparation
Step 1
In bowl combine flour, sugar-cut in butter until mixture resembles course crumbs.
Press into bottom of greased 11x7 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Filling: Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl. Stir in rhubarb; pour over warm crust.
Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
