Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) pkg. uncooked penne pasta
- 1/4 pd. cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 pd. cooked shrimp
- 2 avocados - peeled and diced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta, and allow to cool.
In a large bowl, gently toss together all ingredients except the lettuce. Serve over the lettuce.
