This is a very good pound cake and you can change the flavor to orange or almond if you like

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 5 Tblsp lemon juice
- 1 Tblsp grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup sour cream
- ICING
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 TBLSP soft butter
- 2 1/2 cups confectioner (icing) sugar
- 3 TBLSP lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
Preparation
Step 1
CAKE
In large bowl cream butter, sugar, til light and fluffy. (5 min)
Add eggs one at a time
Stir in lemon juice, peel, and extract.
Combine flour, B.S., salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
Beat till combined.
Pour into bundt pan (greased0,
Bake 350* 55-60 min.

In small bowl beat sour cream, butter til blended.
Gradually add sugar.
Beat in lemon juice and drizzle over cake
