Ingredients
- 1 head bok cho
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 c slivered almonds
- 1/3 c sesame seeds
- 1 package Ramon noodles
- Dressing Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3/4 c oil
Preparation
Step 1
Chop bok choy and onions
Break up noodles and brown inven with almonds and sesame seeds
Add to salad greens
Mix soy sauce,vinegar and sugar together and boil 1 minute
Slowly add oil and set aside to cool
Shake and pour over salad when ready to serve
