Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp liqid honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley,
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped pitted Nicoise olives,
- 2 Tbsp olive oil,
- 1 Tbsp lime juice and
- Pinch each salt and pepper., Stir in cauliflower.
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk the above 4 ingredients
Sprinkle 8 lamb chops with ¼ tsp salt & pepper. Place on greased grill over medium high heat. Brush with honey mixture.
Steam 1 small head cauliflower cut into bite sized florets, until tender crisp about 5 min. In a large bowl stir together
