Can be grilled. Don't baste with sauce until almost done to prevent burning.

Ingredients
- 5-6 lbs pork spare ribs
- 3/4 cup plum jam
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup honey
Preparation
Step 1
Cut ribs into serving pieces, place w/bone side down on rack in shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 350 one hr or til ribs are tender; drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Brush some of the sauce over ribs. Bake at 350 uncovered 30 min brushing occ w/sauce.
