ARTICHOKE DIP

This is served hot. Use crackers or toasted bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, and spoon into 8-inch square baking dish. Bake until bubbly and lightly browned (approximately 45 minutes). Serve w/assorted crackers or crusty French bread.
