Ingredients
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon rind
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon coarsely cracked black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper

In large bowl whisk together all ingredients. Marinade chicken overnight.
