Ingredients
- 1 kg green swiss chard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp capers
Preparation
Step 1
Cut stems from chard discarding any tough ends. Slice into 2" pieces. Slice leaves into 1" wide strips.
Heat a large non stick fry pan over medium.
add oil then chard stems and salt. Cook until stems are almost tender, about 5 min. Add leaves. Continue cooking until tender, 2-3 min. Stir in capers and season with pepper
