Cheese Latkas

Ingredients

  • 1 pound farmers cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Blend using a hand blender or mix very well by hand.
2. Lightly grease a non stick skillet or griddle. Place a heaping tablespoon of the batter in pan and cook until bottoms are lightly brown. Carefully flip over and cook the second side. Repeat with remaining batter.
3. Serve warm or at room temperature with some confectioners’ sugar
