Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn cut off of the cobb
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 5 inch long cucumber sliced in half lengthwise
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 3 Plum Tomatoes
- 2 shallot peeled
- 2 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Grate shallot into mixing bowl. Whisk in hot sauce,lime juice, salt,pepper EVOO. Add corn,cucumber,tomatoes,onions,peppers and toss to combine.
