  • 4 ears of corn cut off of the cobb
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 5 inch long cucumber sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 3 Plum Tomatoes
  • 2 shallot peeled
  • 2 teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1

Grate shallot into mixing bowl. Whisk in hot sauce,lime juice, salt,pepper EVOO. Add corn,cucumber,tomatoes,onions,peppers and toss to combine.
