Ingredients
- 3 TBSP brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinny
- 6 fruit
- mint
- plain yogurt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat broiler. Stir brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over 6 halves (peaches, apricots or plums). Broil 6 inches from top, turn sheet to evenly cook, until sugar is melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Let cool 2 mins. Sprinkle with chopped mint and 1/3 cup plain yogurt.
