Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 7oz cornbread
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 lbs yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 one chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 10oz can cream of chicken soup
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cornbread and crumble. Toss with melted butter.
Cook squash and onions in boiling water until tender.
Combine with cornbread, sour cream, salt/pepper, and 1 cup of cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Top with remaining cheese, melt in oven
