Banana Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt.
  • 2.3 /4 cup canned pumpkin, chilled.
  • 3.1 /2 cup ice cubes.
  • 4.1 /3 cup fresh orange juice.
  • 5.1 tablespoon brown sugar.
  • 6.1 /2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  • 7.1 /8 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
  • 8 .Dash of ground cloves.
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • dash of ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

combine yogurt and next 8 ingredients (through banana) in a blender., and process until smooth. garnish with dash of ground cinnamon, if desired. serve immediately.
