Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 cans apple pie filling
- 2 T butter
- 1 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 c cold butter, cubed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Place pie filling in 11 x 7 baking dish; dot with butter. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and nutmet in a bowl and cut in butter until mixture resembles course crumbs. Stir in egg just until moistened; sprinkle over filling. 375, 40-45 minutes.
