Shrimp Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 2 T gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 lb very small shrimp
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine tomato soup and cream cheese. Melt on low heat.

Add gelatin, celery, onion, pepper, mayonnaise and whipped cream.

Wait until mixture starts to thicken then add the shrimp. Pour into mold and refrigerate.
