Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 T flour
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups chopped lobster
- 1 t salt
- 1 t hot sauce (optional)
- 2 cups cream/whole milk
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 cup chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Saute carrots and onions in butter. Stir in flour and add broth, milk, lobster, salt and hot sauce (if using). Cook only until heated through. Do not boil. Add cream, sherry and chopped parsley. Heat and serve.
