Ingredients
- 1/2 cup basmati rice (rinsed)
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
on low-medium heat, cook milk, water and sugar until smooth, add rice, bring to a boil, turn off heat, cover pot and let stand 20 minutes, stir occasionally. add vanilla and cinnamon, stir to combine flavours and let cool, or serve warm
