Tequila Lime Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 c white tequila
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp onion, minced
• 1 tsp garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 c heavy cream
• 1 stick butter, cold

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except cream and butter in a skillet to a boil over high. Stir in cream and simmer for 3 mins. Whisk in butter and remove from heat. Serve immediately.
