Parsley Buttered Couscous

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons margarine
  • 1 cup uncooked couscous
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, or 1 T dried

Preparation

Step 1

In medium saucepan, combine bouillon, water and margarine. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Stir in couscous and parsley. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. Before serving fluff with fork.
