  • 1/2 TEAS INSTANT ESPRESSO
  • 1/2 TEAS VANILLA
  • 6 PREBAKED PHYLLO CUPS
  • 1 TBL SEEDLESS RASPBERRY JAM
  • 1 TBL WATER
  • 1/4 CUP RASPBERRIES

Preparation

SCALD CREAM IN MICROWAVE ADD CHOCOLATE AND LET SIT FOR 3 MIN WHISK MIXTURE UNTIL SMOOTH ADD ESPRESSO AND VANILLA
SPOON CHOCOLATE INTO PHYLLO CUPS AND CHILL UNTIL FIRM AT LEAST 15 MIN
MELT JAM & WATER IN MICROWAVESTIR UNTIL SDMOOTH SET RASPBERRY SAUCE ASIDE PLACE RASPBERRIES ON TOP OF CHOCOLATE AND SPOON RASPBERRY SAUCE ON TOP
