Ingredients
- 1 pound new potatoes, scrubbed
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Scrub potatoes. Boil just until tender. Cut in half; thread onto skewers.
Stir together butter, garlic, chives, parmesan, salt and pepper. Place skewered potatoes on greased grill over medium-high heat. Close lid and cook turning and brushing often with butler mixture, 6 - 10 minutes until heated through and skins are crisp
