Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground turkey
- 2-3 Tbsps grill seasoning
- 1/4 cup Franks Red Hot sauce
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- Optional
- butter
- 1/4 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
- monterey jack cheese
- Whole wheat buns reg. or slider size,
- lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
In a large bowl, mix all patty ingredients. Form into 4 large patties or use small ice cream scoop to make slider size patties, flatten with fork. Place on parchment lined sheet and bake 30 minutes for large patties or approx 20 minutes for sliders turning once.
Option-melt a few Tbsp butter in a pan then add about 1/4 cup hot sauce, toss patties in sauce then top with some monterey jack and melt before serving.
Serve on whole wheat buns with lettuce.
