Ingredients
- 10 cups prepared fruit
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons tapioca
Preparation
Step 1
Pour 1/2 sugar over fruit. Let stand for 5 minutes until syrupy. Bring to a rolling boil. Add remaining sugar and tapioca. Stir well; cook until a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Cool.
Put in containers and freeze.
Can also use apple or pear
