Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed peanut butter-corn puff cereal
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup fat-free evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 Tbs. granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbs. mini chocolate chips (about 1 oz.)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 large banana, peeled and mashed
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Mix cereal and syrup; divide among six 4" tart pans. Bake 10 min. In pot over medium heat, bring next 3 ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat; whisk in next 2 ingredients. Let cool 10 min. Divide banana and chocolate sauce among crusts. Let sit until firm.
