Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs yellow squash
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk or sour cream
  • 2 tbls butter
  • 1 tbls sugar
  • 1/2 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook & drain squash. Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese and crackers. Place in a 1-1 1/2 quart dish and spread remaining cheese and crackers over the top.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
