Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbs. cornstarch
- 1/2 box strawberry jello(3 oz.)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, water and cornstarch into a saucepan and bring to a boil. When thick add 1/2 box of jello.
I usually make 2 pies so I double the recipe and that way I can use a whole box of jello.
Put fresh sliced strawberries into a baked pie crust. Pour jello mixture over berries. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Top with Cool Whip.
