Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo
- 3-4 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to a boil and add orzo. Stir to combine, bring to a boil, and immediately reduce heat to a simmer.
2. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
3. Add butter and garlic salt, starting with ¼ tsp. and adding more if desired.
4. Stir in parsley and serve.
