Tomatillo Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 (4 ounce) packet buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix and buttermilk to make it
• 2 tomatillos
• 1/2 bunch cilantro
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 lime, juice of
• 2 jalapenos

Preparation

Step 1

Mix buttermilk dressing as directed on package.
Combine all other ingredients and mix in a blender until creamy and smooth.
Seal in airtight container in refrigerator.
