Ingredients
- 20 large white mushrooms (about 2 lbs total), stems removed
- 1 c leftover stuffing
- 1/2 c finely grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Place the mushrooms, stem sides down, on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 10 min; flip over.
2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the stuffing and cheese. Fill the mushrooms with the stuffing, mounding in the centers.
3. Bake until the mushrooms are tender and the stuffing is golden, about 20 min.
