Pineapple Jello Salad

Jello salad made with lemon and lime jello, crushed pineapple and cottage cheese. Makes a great dessert or side.

Ingredients
- 8 ounce package lime jello
- 8 ounce package lemon jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 1 can evaporated milk, whipped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the two packages of jello and add 2 cups boiling water to them. Stir to dissolve, and cool.
Add pineapple, including the juice, and refrigerate. When it starts to jell, add the cottage cheese and whipped milk.
Pour into a mold and return to the refrigerator until set.
