Ingredients
- 20 large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 jalapeno chile finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp EVOO
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Toss together shrimp, garlic, jalapeno, lime juice, and 1 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper. Marinate in refrig 45 mion.
heat remaining 2 tbsps oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove shrimp from marinate, and add to skillet, cook through about 2 minutes per side.
