Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package frozen Spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese to cover the top

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spinach with 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.
Drain well and press out water

Add 1 egg well beaten when mixture is cool enough that it doesn’t cook the egg when you mix it.

Add mayonnaise and mozzarella cheese

Mix well and put in casserole dish.

Top with Parmesan cheese to cover the top

Bake in 400 degree oven until brown on top
