Ingredients
- 1 lb.chicken tenders cut into small pieces
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 3 potatoes, cut in small cubes
- 2-15 oz. can corn kernels, drained (Roasted, if you can find it)
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- dash of cayenne
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. milk thickened with 3 Tbs. cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients, except milk in crock pot.
Cook on low 6-7 hours.
During last 30 minutes of cooking, add milk.
