BLUEBERRY JELLO SALAD

Ingredients

  • MIX:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 T. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • Cook until thick. Add 1 T. butter and 2 more cups blueberries OR
  • 1 can of blueberry pie filling with 2 more cups of blueberries added.

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve 1 – 3 oz. lemon jello and 1 – 6 oz. black raspberry jello in 3 cups hot water. Add 2 cups cold water. Mix in pie filling (above). Pour ½ in 9x 13 dish. Chill until thick. Spread with 1 pint of sour cream. Pour remaining jello mixture over sour cream. Chill until set. Top with Cool Whip.
