Asiago Garlic Linguine

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces fresh linguine noodles
  • 1/2 cup Asiago cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of cooking liquid, and place the noodles in a large serving bowl. Add the oil, garlic, cheese and parsley. Toss well, adding any cooking liquid to thin and coat all of the noodles. Season with lots of pepper.
