Rhubarb Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pound rhubarb cut into 1/4" pieces (3-4 cups)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-3 oz. Strawberry jello
  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 °
Grease 9x13 baking dish
Spread rhubarb evenly on bottom of baking dish
Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb
Sprinkle jello over next
Sprinkle cake mix over next
Pour the water and melted butter over the top
DO NOT MIX!
Bake 45 minutes or until the rhubarb is tender
