Ingredients
- 4 cups pumpkin seeds
- 2/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 3 Tbsp dried dill
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1/3 cup tamari
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
1) soak pumpkin sees for 6+ hours
2) compbine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, fold in the seeds
3) spread evenly on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 8 - 10 hours
