“DON’T PEAK” CHICKEN OR PORK CHOPS

Ingredients

  • 6- 8 pork chops or chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. French onion soup mix (dry)
  • 4-6 cups of instant rice

Preparation

Step 1

Place rice, soups and 2 cans of water in bottom of large roasting pan. Mix well. Place meat on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle onion soup mix over top of meat. Cover and bake.
