Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese plus a little extra for the top.
- (Can added cream cheese but cut down on butter.)
Preparation
Step 1
Prick Skins and Bake Potatoes
Empty Hot Potatoes into mixing bowl
Mix a little before adding milk.
Mash potatoes.
Add butter, parm, and mix (save a little melted butter for the top.)
Fill potatoes and drizzle butter and sprinkle Parm on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for half an hour.
