Cherry Cheese Pie (Vallerie)

Ingredients

  • 1 (9”/23cm) Graham wafer crumb crust
  • 1 pkg (8oz/250ml) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup (50ml) Realemon Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 can (19oz/540ml) cherry pie filling chilled or Assorted fresh fruit)

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare graham wafer crust. Beat cheese in large mixer bowl until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk; blend well. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust . Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amounts of pie filing before serving. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 1 pie.
